Her background spans institutional buyouts, cross-border deals, venture capital, and corporate development, with hands-on involvement across diligence, modeling, and execution.

 

Her deal sheet includes transactions from $2M to $800M across healthcare, fintech, biotech, and enterprise technology. She has led diligence workstreams, built valuation models, and prepared board-facing materials for both sponsors and operators. Her experience spans buyouts, minority stakes, venture rounds (Seed to Series C), PIPE transactions, joint ventures, SPACs, and platform and add-on acquisitions. She has also led asset-backed financing initiatives for family offices, executing debt strategies to unlock liquidity without equity dilution.

 

Alice’s foundation includes M&A execution at a Fortune 100 acquirer, mid-market PE transactions, and FP&A for a SaaS-based health tech firm. She has also advised early-stage companies and family offices on investor readiness, financial infrastructure, and capital planning—bringing a practical, execution-driven lens to every engagement.
